Information collected

AVD Auction may collect account profile details, verification information, auction activity, payment-related records, device information, and support communications.

Passwords

Passwords are processed by Amazon Cognito and are not stored in the website S3 bucket, DynamoDB profile table, or admin dashboard.

Use of information

Information may be used to operate auctions, verify bidders, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal duties, and improve the service.

Retention and access

Access should be limited through AWS IAM roles, Cognito groups, least-privilege policies, audit logging, and documented retention rules.
