Eligibility

Bids

A submitted bid may be binding. Auction-specific fees, deposits, payment deadlines, and pickup rules must be disclosed before bidding.

Vehicle information

Listings should identify title status and known material facts. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing the listing and permitted inspection information.

Payment and pickup

Winning bidders must complete payment and pickup within the deadlines shown for each auction.

Suspension

Accounts may be restricted for fraud, nonpayment, abusive conduct, policy violations, or legal compliance reasons.
